All room rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to Maine State Sales Tax of 9%
A $15 per person per day charge will be added for each additional person
A deposit of one nights lodging is required for all stays less than one week and will be charged to the Visa, MasterCard or Discover card provided
A deposit of $300 is required for all weekly stays and will be charged to the Visa, MasterCard or Discover card provided
Reservations are not confirmed until your deposit has been successfully processed. Once successfully processed a confirmation will be forwarded to the email address provided
The remainder of your balance is due at check-in and can be paid by Visa, MasterCard or Discover card
Personal Checks are not accepted

Room deposits will be refunded for cancellations made up to 7 days prior to arrival less a $25 service charge
Room deposits will not be refunded for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival
No refunds will be considered for inclement weather
No refunds will be considered for early departure

Pets are not permitted
We are a NON-SMOKING and NON-VAPING property. A cleaning charge of $200 will be assessed for smoking or vaping in rooms
All rooms are serviced daily. Extra linens or towels can be made available upon request
