Established in 1980, Blue Horizon Motel has proudly served guests travelling to Wells, Maine for over four decades. Family owned and operated since the beginning, our motel was founded by Bob and Lee Podoski who built the business on a simple premise: provide clean, comfortable, and affordable accommodations paired with exceptional customer service.
For more than 40 years and spanning two generations, our family has remained committed to creating a welcoming environment for you to relax and unwind at the end of your day's adventures. Whether you're planning a summer weekend escape or your annual Maine summer vacation, our focus is on making your stay easy and enjoyable. What started as Bob and Lee’s vision continues today with the same care, attention, and pride that have defined us since day one.
